The PENN Spinfisher Vll has IPX5 sealing, so whether the reel is hit by a wave, or you leave the reel in the rod holder during your fishing trip, you don't have to worry about saltwater getting into the reel or the drag. Our HT-100 drag washers are housed in a sealed spool to provide optimal braking power for large fish in salt or fresh water. The reel has a full metal body, and the powerful CNC-milled gear system gives you the best experience, even when fighting the largest and strongest fish.
