This fishing rod is for you if you need a slightly stronger blank on a shorter rod.
The casting weight on both rods is up to 50g, which sounds like a stiff rod, but this is not the case - the high casting weight is ensured by the blank construction that an Ugly Stik offers. The rods work well across the entire spectrum from 15g upwards.
